Many people think the best fish is smoked by us. We have long experience of fish smoking, and smoke with a traditional method that has been in use by the people in Larsmo for generations. A true handicraft! Every summer our smokery is visited by around 20.000 customers - we welcome you too. Ususally we smoke lavaret and salmon. We also have trout and perch. The major part of our fish comes from local fishermen, fished in the local waters. You can also ask for pickled and cold-smoked fish. Our fish is "best in the province"-certified. A true Finnish product! |
